Create Database Schema Schema Is Not Auto Generated When Creating A User In Oracle9i Database?

Schema is not auto generated when creating a user in Oracle9i database? - create database schema

Hello everyone,
I am new to Oracle DB. I understand that is the system itself by creating a user must be generated. I can successfully create a user using SQL + or window creation of the user. But the trend is not generated.

I need the diagram that is generated, and create tables must be created in this system. Help?
