Mortgage Lender Sayings What Can I Do If My Mortgage Broker Lied About Income To The Lender Without My Knowledge?

What can I do if my mortgage broker lied about income to the lender without my knowledge? - mortgage lender sayings

Hello
I want to know, according to the laws and regulations of the FSA in the UK, what can I do if my lender mortgage broker lied my income? Inadvertently, I have learned through this corridor, and still can not accept yet. Mortgage lender is now requesting proof of income (which does not expect a broker), which would result in the rejection of the mortgage application. I signed the document in the application information is correct bin, but that information was revealed to me it was different. and not sent with the request. and implementation was done in date before the date of my signature. What can I do to teach a lesson to obtain compensation. prefferably not want to spend money for a lawyer. The company is regulated by the FSA, but does not comply with the FSA in this area.

She signed the request for information as indicated, and therefore will be, you know that can ask anything has changed, but can you prove it? I hate to say it, but sounds more like trying to escape something (IE know that it is wrong), but he thinks he can get away with it, and now the fish and I am looking for a scapegoat. Now he wants to pay, because you are not the conditions for the mortgage. Give me a break

No. Go to close. Cancel a mortgage application, and go to the bank for the mortgage. Get the mortgage you for legal reasons, can not claim and over his head. Lenders are putting everyone under a microscope now.

It now appears that the drivers have to meet the proof of income, which is necessary to amend the application. This could lead to disaster. Over here it's called fraud.
